BeTalent accreditations qualify you to interpret and give feedback on reports generated from BeTalent questionnaires. We offer accreditations for each BeTalent questionnaire: Strengths, Decision Styles, Resilience, Psychological Safety and BeTalent 360. The content of each course is centred around the questionnaires and the theory behind their development, as well as the reports and how to use them.

Each course is designed for HR practitioners, psychologists, line managers and consultants with BPS level A/B qualification or equivalent and previous experience using psychometric assessments and providing feedback on them. Those without the above qualification or experience are usually permitted to attend the accreditations but may find the pace of the session too fast or may need more support afterwards to practise with the BeTalent reports.

As you are generally expected to have Level A/B qualification already, our accreditation courses do not offer this type of qualification. At the end of the accreditation, you will receive a certificate confirming that you are accredited in that specific BeTalent tool, and you will be invited to join our Accredited Users group on LinkedIn to connect with other BeTalent practitioners.
