BeTalent Psychological Safety Accreditation

£300.00

If you have an urgent business need and do not see a suitable date in the drop-down below, please contact us to discuss your requirements. All accreditation times in the drop-down are shown in London (UK) time.

BeTalent accreditations qualify you to interpret and give feedback on reports generated from BeTalent questionnaires. There is one course per questionnaire (no separate modules or outside curriculum). Training is virtual and takes about 3.5 hours to complete.

Each accreditation course follows a similar structure:

Example: Psychological Safety

  1. Theory behind psychological safety, research underpinning the development of the BeTalent questionnaire

  2. Related psychology and neuroscience, e.g. stress and burnout, what occurs in the brain and body, threat responses

  3. Information about the questionnaire, e.g. validity, reliability, norm group data and findings

  4. Review of the Personal report generated from the questionnaire, and how to interpret it

  5. Breakout sessions to practise giving feedback on the reports

  6. Q&A and final words

We have one accreditation course for each BeTalent questionnaire: Strengths, Decision Styles, Resilience, Psychological Safety and Blended 360. The content of each course is centred around the questionnaires and the theory behind their development, as well as the reports and how to use them, as shown in the example above.

Each course is designed for HR practitioners, psychologists, line managers and consultants with BPS level A/B qualification or equivalent and previous experience using psychometric assessments and providing feedback on them. Those without the above qualification or experience are usually permitted to attend the accreditations but may find the pace of the session too fast or may need more support afterwards to practise with the BeTalent reports.

As you are generally expected to have Level A/B qualification already, our accreditation courses do not offer this type of qualification. At the end of the accreditation, you will receive a certificate confirming that you are accredited in that specific BeTalent tool, and you will be invited to join our Accredited Users group on LinkedIn to connect with other BeTalent practitioners.
