BeTalent Accreditation
Become accredited to use BeTalent’s evidence-based psychometric tools.
Working with psychometric data comes with responsibility. The tools you choose to work with matter. So does your confidence in using them. BeTalent accreditation combines a rigorous understanding of the psychology and evidence behind each tool with practical experience of applying the insight with people.
Whether you’re developing capability inside an organisation or working with your own clients, BeTalent accreditation gives you the knowledge, practical experience and confidence to use your chosen tool independently and responsibly.
Build credible expertise
Understand the psychology, neuroscience, research and evidence behind your chosen tool so you know what sits behind the data you’re working with and can talk about it confidently with participants, clients and stakeholders.
Develop skills you can actually use
Move beyond theory and report interpretation into practice. Learn how experienced practitioners approach feedback and facilitation, practise your own skills and build confidence using BeTalent insight with individuals and teams.
Expand how you support people and organisations
Add another evidence-based suite of tools to your professional toolkit that you can use across a range of people and organisational challenges. Strengths, Resilience and Decision Styles can be used in both selection and development contexts, while all five BeTalent tools can be used with individuals and teams.
Become part of the BeTalent practitioner community
Your relationship with BeTalent doesn’t end when you become accredited. You’ll have access to additional practitioner resources, ongoing development and CPD opportunities, and a community of practitioners with whom you can continue learning and sharing experience as you put the tools into practice.
Behind every report is a person
…and behind every score is a story that deserves to be explored with care, curiosity and psychological rigour.
That’s why BeTalent accreditation is about more than understanding what a report says. It’s about knowing how to use the insight well.
You won’t just learn how the tool works. You’ll practise interpreting real reports, develop your skills in individual and team facilitation, and apply your learning within a supportive framework. Once accredited, you can independently purchase and administer your chosen BeTalent tool, interpret reports, deliver individual feedback and facilitate team discussions and workshops.
Evidence-based by design
All BeTalent tools and accreditation programmes are developed in line with British Psychological Society guidelines.
BeTalent Strengths and Decision Styles are BPS verified psychometric tools, meaning they have undergone independent BPS scrutiny and are listed on the BPS register of psychometric tests.
“It’s the thoroughness and the professionalism that's put across in terms of the robustness of the tools and the products. This isn’t just business astrology.”
— Pamela Daley, Head of People & Culture, DC ThomsonSimple, flexible access

BeTalent accreditation is designed to bridge the gap between understanding our psychometrics and being ready to use them. You’ll build your knowledge independently, bring it into a live Skills Lab to practise with other professionals, and then apply what you’ve learned with support before becoming accredited.
Step 1: Build your knowledge
4–6 hours | Online and self-paced
Explore the psychology, research and evidence underpinning your chosen BeTalent tool, alongside its model, questionnaire and reports. Complete the learning at your own pace. We recommend starting around one to two weeks before your Skills Lab and spreading it across several days, giving yourself time to absorb and reflect on what you learn.
Step 2: Put it into practice
4 hours | Live virtual Skills Lab
Join an experienced BeTalent facilitator and a small cohort of fellow practitioners to turn your knowledge into practice. Skills Labs are limited to a maximum of 10 participants, creating space to ask questions, work with reports, practise your skills and learn from the experiences and perspectives of others.
Step 3: Build real experience
Professional practice | Recommended within 4 weeks
For Strengths, Resilience and Decision Styles, you’ll receive three questionnaires to use with eligible participants of your choice and deliver a one-hour feedback session with each. You’ll then submit a short reflection on your practice, giving you the opportunity to consolidate what you’ve learned and demonstrate how you’re applying it before becoming accredited. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
Psychological Safety has a different Professional Practice exercise designed to reflect the team-based application of the tool. Find out more on the Psychological Safety Accreditation page.
Join the BeTalent community as an Accredited User
Once you’ve successfully completed the accreditation requirements, you’ll become an Accredited User in your chosen BeTalent tool. You’ll be able to independently purchase and administer the tool, interpret reports, deliver individual feedback and facilitate team discussions and workshops. For Strengths, Resilience and Decision Styles, this includes appropriate use in both selection and development contexts.
And because accreditation is the beginning of using the tool rather than the end of learning about it, you’ll continue to have access to practitioner resources, support and opportunities to develop your practice.
Upcoming accreditations
Choose your accreditation and Skills Lab date below. Each accreditation costs £500 + VAT.
Your accreditation also includes 4–6 hours of self-paced learning before the Skills Lab, followed by professional practice to complete your accreditation. We recommend starting the pre-learning around one to two weeks before your Skills Lab and spreading it across several days.
All times shown are London (UK) time.
