Looking for more information about the tools themselves? Explore BeTalent Resilience and the Pulse questionnaires.
What you'll learn
Your accreditation will give you a deeper understanding of BeTalent Resilience and the skills to interpret and apply the insight responsibly.
Understand the science of resilience
Explore the psychology and neuroscience of resilience, including what happens when we experience pressure and the factors that influence how effectively we respond and recover.
Understand the assessment
Learn how the Full Questionnaire and Pulse were developed, when to use each assessment, and how to work appropriately with concepts including reliability, validity, norm groups and Sten scores.
Interpret Resilience profiles
Learn how to interpret the different BeTalent Resilience reports and build a richer picture from the data rather than reading individual scores in isolation.
Explore resilience in context
Understand how the different dimensions of resilience interact and explore what someone's profile might mean for how they think, feel and respond when faced with pressure or challenge.
Turn insight into conversation
Learn how to facilitate exploratory Resilience feedback, helping people reflect on their experiences, recognise what supports or challenges their resilience and identify practical strategies that work for them.
Apply Resilience with individuals and teams
Explore how Resilience can be used across development, team and selection contexts, and how to facilitate conversations that translate insight into practical action.
Learn. Practise. Apply.
Resilience accreditation combines flexible online learning with live practice and real-world experience, helping you move from understanding the tool to using it confidently with others.
1. Build your knowledge
4–6 hours | Online, self-paced
Work through the Resilience learning in your own time, exploring the evidence behind the assessment, the BeTalent Resilience model, questionnaire and reports, and the principles of effective interpretation and feedback.
Your online learning opens two weeks before your Skills Lab.
2. Put it into practice
4 hours | Live virtual Skills Lab
Join a small group of up to 10 practitioners to apply what you've learned. You'll work with Resilience profiles, practise interpretation and feedback skills, explore different ways of facilitating Resilience conversations and learn from the approaches and experiences of others.
3. Build real experience
Professional practice | Recommended within 4–6 weeks
Put your learning into practice by administering three Resilience questionnaires and delivering a one-hour feedback session to each participant.
You'll then submit a short reflection on your experience. We'll review it and provide feedback before confirming your accreditation.
4. Become an Accredited User
Once you've successfully completed the programme, you'll become an accredited BeTalent Resilience user, able to purchase and administer both the Full Questionnaire and Pulse independently, interpret the reports and use the insight with individuals and teams in development and selection contexts.
