Working with BeTalent questionnaires
Apply your accreditation in a way that fits your context
BeTalent accreditation allows you to use the BeTalent questionnaires as part of your work, whether that’s within your own organisation or with external clients.
Accredited practitioners work with BeTalent in different ways, depending on scale, frequency and how much delivery support they want. There is no single “right” model.
This page outlines the options available so you can choose what works best for you.
Two ways of working with BeTalent
1. Commission BeTalent to administer the questionnaire
Some practitioners prefer to commission us to manage delivery on their behalf.
In this model, BeTalent:
sets up the questionnaire,
manages distribution and reminders,
and provides the output ready for your interpretation and feedback work.
You pay for the questionnaires used, plus an administration fee for delivery.
This option works well if you:
run occasional projects,
want delivery support,
or prefer not to manage the technical set-up yourself.
Each project is covered by Terms of Engagement agreed at the time of commissioning.
2. Become a BeTalent Partner
Partnership is designed for practitioners who expect to use the questionnaire more regularly, at scale or want greater flexibility.
As a BeTalent Partner:
there are no sign-up fees, no subscriptions and no minimum commitments,
your Partner Agreement covers all future use,
you can choose how projects are delivered depending on the tool and platform.
Partnership allows you to:
work with the questionnaire as and when needed,
avoid signing separate Terms of Engagement for each project,
and scale your work more easily over time.
How delivery works by tool and platform
We are currently operating across two platforms. How delivery works depends on the tool you are accredited in.
Psychological Safety and 360
These tools are delivered via My.BeTalent, our upgraded platform.
A self-service site is in development.
For now, Partners commission us to run projects on their behalf.
Partners pay only for questionnaires — no administration fees apply.
This model gives Partners the benefits of partnership while the self-service functionality is finalised.
Strengths, Decision Styles and Resilience
These tools are delivered via Assess, which includes a self-service site.
Partners can administer questionnaires directly themselves.
Alternatively, you can still commission BeTalent to manage delivery if preferred.
This provides flexibility depending on your working style and capacity.
Choosing what’s right for you
Many practitioners use a mix of approaches over time — commissioning delivery for some projects and managing others themselves.
There is no obligation to become a Partner, and no pressure to decide immediately after accreditation. The options are designed to support different contexts, not force a single pathway.
If you’d like to talk through what makes sense for your situation, we’re happy to help.
