The BeTalent Decision Styles questionnaire is verified by the British Psychological Society and is on the register of approved assessment tools. Decision Styles measures an individual’s approach to decision-making, problem-solving and risk-taking.

How does it work?

Users complete a secure 15-minute questionnaire. Full interpretive reports summarise an individual’s decision-making preferences, highlighting their primary, secondary and agile decision-making styles. The report also identifies clear learning and development opportunities for the future to enhance future decision-making competence.
