We work with organisations to understand their core future requirements of their critical employees, in other words the behaviours, skills and values required for success. This Blueprint of Behaviours, Expertise and Tenets is created at the start of the journey through critical stakeholder interviews and focus groups. The Blueprint defines how the individuals need to interact, what they need to know and understand, and how they need to treat each other in order to succeed. The Blueprint becomes the starting point for objective talent assessment and development projects and activities.
