Relationship management is a key part of her role, both with clients, and with Zircon’s internal and external resources. Frankie also gets involved with research, psychometric validation, psychological content, and social media.
Prior to working at Zircon, Frankie worked in HR Consulting for 13 years, managing several cross-industry FTSE250 clients. Her work included a strategic Human Capital Management Audit, Employee Assistance Programme and Integrated Healthcare Consulting, and HR Outsourcing.
Frankie completed a BHons Clinical Psychology in 2004, and an MSc Business Psychology in 2008. She is qualified in both ability and personality psychometric testing, and to use the following: Strengths Insight, Decision Styles, Culture Fit, Winning Attitude, WAVE and WAVE360, NEO-PIR, Hogan, Risk-Type Compass, CAL and 16PF. She is member of the Association for Business Psychology and the British Psychological Society.
