Andy is also an Open University Lecturer in Psychology and has co-authored an Applied Psychology course for the University.
Andy has designed and delivered assessments for selection, development and talent management, and worked with individuals and groups, across a range of roles and levels of management. He has been part of teams involved in designing and delivering assessments utilising a variety of assessment tools including: personality profiling, psychometric testing, competency based interviews, role-play exercises, written exercises (in-box and presentation) and group exercises. Clients have ranged from Government departments to global multi-national organisations, through health organisations and down to individual company owners. Andy also designs, and provides statistical analysis of surveys and questionnaires for client/market purposes.
Andy holds a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He has BPS Level A and B Certificates in Occupational Testing, is registered on the BPS RQTR list and is trained to use a number of psychometric personality tests including: Strengths Insight, Culture Fit, Decision Styles, OPQ, HDS, WAVE, NEO-PIR, LJI, 16PF, JTI, 15fQ+, JCA ie and te (Emotional Intelligence); Firo B.
